About Ramsey LibraryInterlibrary Loan Services
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a service through which materials not owned by Ramsey Library may be borrowed from other libraries for use by UNCA patrons. As a general rule, we do not use ILL to obtain materials that are available at ASU (Appalachian State University) and WCU (Western Carolina University). Books and journals owned by ASU, WCU and UNCA are exchanged through the Western North Carolina Library Network (WNCLN) ABC Express Service. Interlibrary Loan Staff
