Numerous works about North Carolina are published by N.C. government agencies and by the private sector.  Many North Carolina documents are cataloged and housed in libraries in different ways.  Note in the list below that several N.C. documents have Library of Congress call numbers and are located in the reference area of our library.  These may be useful titles for building contextual information for your papers.
