| Comments: | Superficially, this paranoid rant weaves the prominent conspiracy theories of the last century into one slightly coherent detective story. However, the conspiracy angle quickly dumbs down into parody and farce, and the main interest of the trilogy lies in its exploration of the conflicted co evolution of our spiritual and social identities. Serious stuff, but also hilariously subversive - fans of Tom Robbins or David Foster Wallace will not want to pass this one up. | |
